Right now, you have an email in your inbox from me with a calendar invite. Go open it and click "Yes" to confirm. If you don't do this, I won't be sure you'll join and I'll have to cancel the call.
Here's exactly what to do:
- Open your email inbox. Look for a calendar invite from ChiefScale or Sulaiman Alsalameh. It has the date and time of your call.
- Click "Yes" to accept the invite. This confirms the call on both our calendars. Don't click "Maybe" or "No".
- If the email says "Unknown Sender", click "I know this sender" first. Otherwise Google won't let you confirm.
- Check your calendar. The event should now show up with a "Join with Google Meet" or "Join with Zoom" link. That's how you join the call on the day.
Once you've done this, the call will appear on your calendar. On the day, open the event and click the meeting link to join. That's it.
